Working together

1. Services and scope

RVK provides website and software design and development services. The agreed proposal or project agreement will describe the deliverables, assumptions, schedule, and fees. Work outside that scope may require a revised estimate or timeline.

2. Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate requirements, content, access, approvals, and feedback when needed. Delayed or incomplete inputs may change the delivery schedule.

3. Payment

Fees, payment milestones, and payment methods are set out in the project agreement. Invoices are due according to those agreed terms, and work may be paused when a payment is overdue.

4. Intellectual property

Once all agreed fees are paid, the client receives the ownership or usage rights described in the project agreement. Pre-existing tools, reusable code, open-source software, and third-party assets remain subject to their existing ownership and licences. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, completed work may be referenced in the RVK portfolio.

5. Quality, warranties, and liability

Work will be completed with reasonable care and skill. Specific commercial, search, traffic, or revenue outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Any warranties and limits of liability that apply to an engagement will be stated in its project agreement and are subject to applicable law.

6. Ending a project

Either party may end an engagement by giving written notice. Unless the project agreement says otherwise, the client remains responsible for approved work completed and non-cancellable costs incurred before the end date.

Refunds and cancellations

1. Refund eligibility

Refund requests are reviewed individually against the agreed scope, work completed, payments received, and any concerns raised during the project.

2. Work and costs already incurred

Completed and approved work, time already spent, and paid third-party costs are generally not refundable. A request caused by missing requirements, delayed feedback, or a change in scope will be handled under the project agreement rather than treated as a service failure.

3. Partial refunds

If an engagement ends before completion, any refund will account for work delivered, work in progress, and committed costs. The calculation and handover arrangements will be confirmed in writing.

4. Requesting a review

Send the project name, relevant invoice details, and a clear description of the issue to varshithkumar553@gmail.com. Approved refunds will be returned using an agreed method, with timing dependent on the payment provider.
